Our Featured Pet...
Dottie has been with her foster family much longer then she had hoped mainly because her only misunderstanding is not enjoying the company of other adult cats. Since she has had to stay with her
foster family a lot longer than wished, she must stay alone large parts of the day due to other cats being in the
house. She is dreaming so much for a home where she can wander freely - but just as the only cat. Dottie is a free spirit, and she is energetic and curious with a playful quirky side. She will play and interact with her human friends including playing 'fetch' or entertain herself with cat toys. She loves climbing high on cat condos to oversee the birds outside or just take a afternoon nap. When called by name, she will respond with her special brand of kitty talk!
Who We Are
Nashville Cat Rescue is a non-profit organization dedicated to rescuing cats and kittens from off the streets and from
high-kill shelters and placing them into loving, permanent homes. All cats and kittens that come through our program
receive superb veterinary care before they are adopted out to the public. Each Nashville Cat Rescue cat or kitten is tested
for FIV/FeLV, spayed or neutered, de-wormed, given flea preventative, and given all necessary pet meds and vaccinations.

Come Visit Us!
Please come see our adoptable cats and kittens every day of the week at the PetSmart stores at 100 Oaks,
Cool Springs, and Hermitage as well as the Pet Supermarket stores at Donelson, Cool Springs, and Brentwood.
Our fabulous felines are just waiting to meet their new forever families!
At Nashville Cat Rescue, we can ALWAYS use volunteers to help us out! We need people to clean cages at our three
PetSmart locations, wash cat beds, assemble our adoption packets, and help us out with Saturday adoption events.
Please feel free to contact us if you'd like to volunteer!
We also need foster homes. We provide you with food, litter, and vet care. All you have to provide is the home!
If you're interested in being a foster parent to a homeless cat or kitten, please contact us!
