Who We Are

MetroWest Humane Society is committed to reducing pet overpopulation and to helping animals in our area who have become lost, injured or have been abused. We also provide education on and promote community awareness of compassionate care of animals.

Mission Statement

An advocate for animal welfare, MWHS focuses on the well-being of cats in the Metrowest Boston area, including finding loving homes or providing life-long care while educating the community and reducing the feral/stray cat population. MWHS is a volunteer-led, non-profit, no-kill shelter dependent on charitable donations.

Adoption Fees

Kittens: (6 months or less): $175 each | two kittens $325 | 3 kittens $450
Adults: $150 each | two adults $250
Senior Cats Sr. Cats: (10+ years old) $75
Sr. Citizen Discount: (65 + years old ID required) $25
