Friends of Horn Lake Animal Shelter
Our Mission
FOHLAS helps the municipal Animal Control Shelter of Horn Lake MS. Â They pick up dogs running at large and help try to reunite owners with their lost pets. Â It is our goal to substantially reduce the number of adoptable animals that are put to sleep at this facility by helping to find them permanent or foster home.
Available for selective weekend adoptions by appointment only.

Adoption Policy
New animals are held for five (5) business days for the owner to claim them. Â After that, the animal will be available for adoption at $30.00 USD per cat and $50.00 USD per dog. Â Must be 18 or older with valid ID to adopt. Â Animals must be spayed/neutered and receive rabies shot prior to adoption.
