Community Concern for Cats

Walnut Creek, CA

Our Mission

Community Concern for Cats is an all-volunteer cat rescue organization that strives to make a positive difference in the lives of homeless and abandoned cats in Contra Costa County. This is your local community resource and information center for homeless and free-roaming cats. We rescue, spay/neuter, medically rehabilitate, and help to find them safe and loving homes. You can make a difference by fostering, adopting, and donating to CC4C. If you need assistance, you may also leave a voicemail on our CC4C Hotline at 925-938-CATS (2287), which is checked several times per week.

Adoption Policy

Our CC4C members will work with you to find your perfect match in a cat. Remember, the time you spend getting to know your new cat is well-invested since your cat will live with you for the next 15-20 years. What cat is best for you? and Why Adopt Two Kittens Instead of One?

*Submit Application (select from the right)
Contact and send an application to the email listed on the cat's profile.

We prefer that all family members living at home participate in the adoption process to ensure the best match. CC4C does not do third-party.
