Who We Are

We are a local group of friends striving to provide the best care for animals looking for their forever homes.  We are a no-kill rescue which means some of the animals in our care are with us for months to years before their forever home is found.  We are always looking for new volunteers to help foster, fundraise, socialize animals in boarding and educate the public on pet care.  If you would like to help, e-mail us at swvanimalleague@gmail.com.

Come Visit Us

Because we do not have a physical location and must utilize foster homes and boarding for the animals in our care, an appointment is necessary to meet an animal you may be interested in.

We do require an approved application before an appointment can be set up to insure that, if this pet fits into your home, you are able to take it home that same day.
