Our Pet List

Our Featured Pet of the Week...

This little sweetheart is deaf, so she will need an experienced owner who knows how to train her. She is not housetrained, probably because of her disability. While she is good with children, she could be startled if a little one approaches her from behind, so she needs a home without small children. Screetchette may be jealous of other dogs, so perhaps she will be happiest as an only dog. She has cherry eye, and she needs surgery, but our vets aren't qualified to do it, so the adopter will have to take that responsibility on.

WE HAVE NEW ANIMALS ARRIVING DAILY! If you are looking for a particular type of pet not currently on our pet list, please feel free to visit us in person, call, or send us an email. Please refer to the I. D. number when contacting SpokAnimal about an animal.

Got a barn? Save a life...adopt a 'Farm Livin cat!

We created our "Farm Livin is the Life for Me" program due to the overwhelming number of stray, feral and unwanted cats entering our shelter each year. Too many little lives were being lost, so we decided to do something about it. Our Farm Livin program gives kitties that have run out options- due to temperament, behavioral issues, or simply a lack of space at our shelter, a chance to live out all of their nine lives.

Farm Livin cat are adopted out free of charge, all are spayed/neutered and have their vaccinations- including rabies!

Since Farm Livin began more than 800 lives have been saved, thanks to people like you!

We still have many cats coming in and are always need more barn homes for kitties to live out their lives. If you are able to give a barn kitty a home call Kitty City at (509) 534-8133 x 207 or email farmlivin@spokanimal.org.
