Kitsap Animal Rescue & Education (KARE) provides animal welfare education and shelter rescue support to the West Puget Sound area.
Adoption Policy
As a rescue group that utilizes a foster care system, for the welfare and safety of our pets and fosters, please submit an application first. After review of your application, if we believe you to be a good match, we will contact you for an interview and possible home check. If everything looks good, we will schedule a meet and greet, where we will finalize the adoption and you can take home your new family member!
