Pet tips and tricks . . .

This month's cat tip--

To keep your cat from scratching where you don't want them to, spray a fine mist of vinegar over the area. Once it's dry you wont be able to smell it, but kitty will, and she/he won't scratch on the area. You need to re-spray the area any time kitty shows interest in the area again. This also works for flower beds and other areas you don't want strays to be in.

This month's dog tip-

Cold weather has arrived. Just like you need and want shelter from the rain, the cold, and the wind don't forget to offer your dog some as well. A rain proof dog house with a few blankets will do the trick. Make sure your friend's water dish is full as well, even in the cool weather fresh water is a must. And check your dog's collar, winter fur can make once lose collars tight.
