The no-kill Pet Refuge is operated by the North Kingstown-Exeter Animal Protection League, Inc. The mission of the Pet Refuge is to provide a warm home for abused and neglected animals and also for those animals who can no longer remain in their homes for a variety of reasons. Upcoming Events at the Pet Refuge

On Saturday, May 7, 2016, the Pet Refuge is hosting a Pasta & Meatball Dinner at the American Legion Post 15, 1016 Main Street, East Greenwich, RI from 5:00 p.m. until 8:00 p.m. Tickets for adults are $16, tickets for children under 12 are $6, and children under 3 are free. Tickets are available at the Pet Refuge or please call us at (401) 294-1115 with any questions.

Our 10th Annual Dog Walk at Goddark Park in Warwick, RI won't be held until Sunday, June 12, 2016. However, we are starting now to look for walkers, sponsors, and vendors. For more information about the Dog Walk and becoming a sponsor, please visit our 10th Annual Walk for No-Kill page. Volunteers Needed

Could you spare a few hours a week to help the shelter? Your help is needed in several areas. We especially need volunteers to set up items and tables at our fundraising events, take tables down, and pack items. See other volunteer opportunities on our Volunteering page.
