Our Featured Pet

Hello! My name is Freedom and I am 4 years old. I am looking for a new home because my mom has had to rescue too many homeless people and the house is getting way too small. She said I am cuter then they are and it will be easier to find me a new forever home. I have heard my mom call me a “Velcro” dog, whatever that means. All I know, is I love to follow people all around the house and be right by their side whenever I can be. I do not understand why she insists on sitting on that furniture stuff, I think the floor is just fine for me. I know my basic commands and am very polite at meal time. I just sit and wait my turn. I get along with the other pets in the house although they don’t like me. I like to go outside and play. I even have this collar I wear that keeps me safe in my yard. My mom says I am very respectful of my boundaries because I do not try to leave. I have lots of energy and love to play and am even good with kids! I love all the attention they give me. I know that it is hard on my family that I have to leave, but my mom says I deserve a family that has the time and space for me.
