Who We Are

The Animal Welfare League of Trumbull County (AWL) was established in 1969. AWL is a 501-C-3 non-profit humane organization. AWL is committed to promoting the welfare and humane treatment animals; enriching the lives of people and families through adoption of homeless pets; and to educating students and adults about the importance of kindness and respect for all living creatures.

Adopting a friend

Appoved Adoption application required for all pet adoptions.

Dog/Puppies $150

Cat/Kitten $120

Prison Trained Dogs $200
All adopted animals will be:
Spayed/neutered at time of adoption
Up to date on vaccinations (including Rabies vaccination if over the age of 12 weeks)
Started on de-worming process
Current on Heartworm preventative and flea/tick preventative
All cats have been tested for Feline Leukemia virus and Feline Immunodeficiency virus
All dogs have been tested for Heartworm disease
