Happy-Happy- Joy- Joy- Our Adopted Kitties have- Happy Tails!

!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!Free Kitten Kits to all kittens !!!!!!!!!!!!!! We have never had distemper, HIV, FELV, etc in any of our Kittens or Cats. We are proud to say that. Clean, healthy kitties.

WHERE ARE WE?

We are very Accessible to all major highways. Just blocks from Route 129, Route 29, Route 295 and Route 195. We are EASY to find. Call us for directions and adoption times. (we don't put our address on here because we don't want people "dumping" animals, yes people do that and it IS ILLEGAL, its called abandonment and carries a $2000 dollar fine. We have video cameras installed so don't even think about it).

WHO IS FORGOTTEN FELINES?

We are just people who feel bad for all the kittens that are running around the neighborhoods without happy, warm, loving homes. That is how we started. WE take in kittens from the neighborhood and when we have room, from other areas. We are not 501c3, and have absolutly no outside funding source at all. A nominal 20 dollar donation for any adopted kitten is necessary. This bairly covers food, and litter. If a kitten or cat is sick or injured, we take them to the vet for treatment and pay for it. With what little we have we have managed to do really well with money from our pockets, but now we must slow down. WE hope that all of the people who have adopted our kittens are happy. When one of our kittens are ready for homes they are happy , healthy, and loving. We have found homes for kittens all over New Jersey and Pennsylvania.

FOSTERED FORGOTTEN FELINES NOW AVAILABLE

If you have a litter and you need to find them homes, you may contact Forgotten felines and we will list them for you. We do not have the funds to continue to take kittens and no room for cats in our shelter. If you want to foster your kittens and we will forward prospects to you, we can do that for you when we are full. Look at our adoptable pet list for all our shelter kitties AND our Fostered Forgotten Felines!!! You can still get your kitten kits too, if you want to stop by our shelter, free kits to all adopted kittens through Forgotten Felines.

YOUR NOT JUST ADOPTING A KITTEN YOUR ADOPTING A FRIEND FOR LIFE

Responsible pet owners are what we are looking for. If you are used to letting your cats outside, don't contact us. We do not adivise this practice. Once your adopted kitten comes into your house, you must keep them inside, and get them spayed or neutered, AND they must have shots. We are attempting to REDUCE the stray cat population, not promote it. With your healthy happy kitten you will receive a kitten adoption kit: You will receive free kitten milk with your kitten, an free sample of food, pet insurance free for a month, coupons for kitten/cat food, and the name of our vet who helps us out with reduced spay and neuter.

REDUCED SPAY AND NEUTER!!!

A local Veterinary clinic neuters and spays with grant money and funding from the Zero Population program in the Mercer/Burlington County area. As long as you are adopting one of our kittens/cats and there is money in the fund left for the year, you will get a break on the cost. (40 dollars for males, 65 for females, and thats half off). We endorse the local Vet who has neutered and spayed many of our kittens for thier new adopted parents. ALSO AVAILABLE ARE COUPONS FROM FRIENDS OF ANIMALS http://www.friendsofanimals.org/ Spay/Neuter FOA Low-Cost Certificates: Order ONLINE! FriendsofAnimals.org $40 Male Cat Neuter $55 Female Cat Spay Beware of additional fees that the sponsored vets may charge, call first to see if additional fees are required. Some vets are in the business to rape pet owners, not help them.

QUESTION: I HAVE A LITTER OF KITTENS WHAT DO I DO??:

We are downsizing and doing mostly fostering. We can not continue to do this with no funding. Call other shelters for space. See our adoptable pet list for our pets that need homes.THANK YOU.

A Word On full Grown Cats that Need Homes:

We do not take in cats as we do not have the facility to house adult cats. We work out of a heated small side room attached to the house. Do not call with a "cat" that needs a home, or a lost cause, please see your local city or county shelter as we have NO facility for CATS. Call your shelters every day as their vacancy changes daily. Put an ad in the newspaper early for your cat that needs a home. Find a foster family to house the cat for a short time. Please do not call asking us to take in an adult cat, we cannot as we do not have the facility to house them. We are specifically a kitten adoption shelter. The cats that we have found homes for are local kitties that have shown up here and we have found them homes. WE can not take any CATS into our shelter. Please, again DO NOT CALL us with YOUR Cat issue. And if its a DOG, please don't even think about asking. If its a litter of kittens, we may be able to help you.

Come Visit Us!

Our shelter is our house, and calling hours are 9:00 am to 9:00 pm. e-mail us to set up an appointment. You may E-mail us to ask us questions regarding our shelter or kittens. We do NEED to speak to you prior to your coming in to see our kittens. ---->If you schedule an appointment and do not keep your appointment without calling us to tell us you can't make it, don't BOTHER calling us again. We want responsible pet owners and if you don't have the courtesy to call us if your late, or not able to make an appointment, you can't adopt our kittens. We don't feel that this is to much to ask we feel that it is just basic responsibiltiy, courtesy and respect. We are sorry to the individuals who don't need reminding of this, as we have had many wonderful people call and adopt kittens over the years. Have a great day.
