Minnesota Newf Rescue (NCA)

North Branch, MN

Our Mission

Minnesota Newfoundland Rescue is a regional representative of the Newfoundland Club of America Rescue Network, serving Minnesota, the Dakotas, and parts of Iowa and Wisconsin. We take in Newfoundlands from owner surrenders, shelter transfers, medical cases, and dogs in other special needs situations. If you know of a Newfoundland in need, please message us.

Do you want to help Newfoundlands? Get involved by signing up to help, making a donation (we take gift cards to pet food stores no matter how small), applying to be a foster family, or by adopting a dog (all of our adoptive homes are thoroughly screened)!

Adoption Policy

We are an entirely volunteer group. As such, to save on time and resources, we ask that all interested parties fill out our adoption application. Applicants will be called if volunteers feel they are a potential fit for either the dog they applied for, or another dog in our care. Applications are kept on file for three months, after which time applicants still interested in adopting with us are asked to fill out another one.
