If you have lost or found a dog in Hancock County please contact the shelter as soon as possible.

Animals are altered and fully vetted before going to their new homes. This includes spay/neuter, rabies vaccination, DA2PP, bordetella, de-worming, and flea treatment. Our adoption fee is set at $80.

There are always many things volunteers can do for the shelter. The biggest need is directly working with the dogs and socializing them so they will adjust readily to their new family.

If you find abandoned wildlife, please leave them where they are. We do not accept wildlife.
