Hart County Animal Rescue is a small volunteer operated animal rescue located in Hartwell, Ga. We take in many neglected and unwanted dogs. All animals are fully vetted, spayed or neutered and microchipped before being placed for adoption. We also help our community by providing a low cost spay and neuter program and offer emergency help for those in need that do not have the ability to pay. We rely solely on donations, fundraising and grants to provide for the animals we assist. To date we have helped save over 1000 lives!
Adoption Policy
We always have amazing dogs available for adoption! Please fill out our online application at hartcountyanimalrescue.org if you are interested in a specific pet.Â
We are located in Hartwell, Ga. Many of our dogs are in foster homes and we do not have a public facility but are always happy to arrange a meet & greet at a time that fits your schedule.
