Our mission is rescuing homeless cats, kittens, and adult dogs. We foster them until they can be placed into permanent, loving homes. All applicants must fill out an application and make a required adoption donation at the time of adoption. This fee only helps reimburse us for medical costs, boarding, etc. All adoption fees are non-refundable, no exceptions. We also do home checks as needed; sometimes prior to adoption and sometimes after to see how the animal is doing in it's new home. Our goal is to find the best match for your family as well as the right fit for our animals.
The majority of our animals are rescued from high-kill shelters. They do a great job at keeping us informed and we work together to try and save as many animals as possible from an untimely death. And some of our animals come from owners that are forced to part with their pets for various reasons.
We hope to one day be out of business. If everyone spayed and neutered their pets, our animal shelters would not be overun and full of animals that have to be euthanized on a daily basis and our service would no longer be needed. So please have your animals altered, and if you can't afford to, please contact us and we'll do our best to help get you some financial assistance.
Our site is updated all the time, DAILY, so keep checking back if you don't see what you're looking for. If you notice an animal is missing, it means that we no longer have them and they were placed in a wonderful, new home! When an animal is adopted it is removed from our site immediately the same day. The ages and dates are ALL accurate on our animal's bios.
Please e-mail us to receieve an application regarding adopting a new furry friend. Make sure you give us the name of the animal you are interested in. We may ask you to meet your new companion at our weekend off-site adoptions which are held at the Petsmart in Hiram. Also, we do not ship cats and will only adopt to families living outside the Metro-Atlanta area if they come here to meet us and the animal in person.
At the moment we are most in need of monetary donations to help with vet bills, newspaper and cat litter. We always need kitten and puppy food too, and cat/puppy toys.

We are a non-profit organization, which means all of your donations are 100% tax-deductible.
