Our Featured Pet...
All of our rescued pets are special, please take a look at "our pet list" for your forever friend.
Stray Aid & Rescue, Inc. was formed in order to educate and/or assist people who want to help the abandoned cats and kittens in our community. There are people who want to care for these cats, but need help and/or advice to trap/capture the cats in order to get them spayed/neutered, vaccinated, etc. There are low or NO COST clinics (including ours!) available to perform these surgeries. If you are feeding a stray/abandoned cat that has not been spayed or neutered, DON'T WAIT. These un-neutered cats will contribute to the overwhelming numbers of cats/kittens that are living on the streets. Please call Diane @ 954-816-0799 or email us at email@example.com OR go to our website to schedule an appointment and to see more information. We spay/neuter both dogs and cats, (feral cats too!)
Who We Are
Stray Aid & Rescue, Inc. is a 501 (c) (3), Florida Non-Profit , no-kill rescue group dedicated to help spay/neuter dogs and cats in our community. We want to prevent pet over-population and the killing of homeless pets that end up in our County shelters. We will educate the community about the benefits of spaying/neutering, so there is a better understanding as to why it is so important, not only for the health benefit of the pet, but for the pet owner and for our community. We will educate the community about the availability of low cost or no cost spay/neuter surgeries. We will work with the feral cat colonies. We will help spay/neuter/vaccinate these cats in order to keep these colonies at a manageable level for the people who are feeding/caring for these feral cat colonies.
Now serving our community! Our Mobile SPAY/NEUTER CLINIC - is now parked at 3 convenient locations throughout Broward County. Please go to our website for more information and to schedule your appointment. www.strayaid.org. or call 954-816-0799.
Adopting a friend
We keep our website updated, so if its photo is there, the pet is available for adoption. Once you determine which pet you wish to adopt, you should fill out an adoption application (available online) and email to us. Our goal is to place our pets in loving homes as soon as possible, so the adoption process can happen quickly. All of our kittens/cats are spayed/neutered, up to date on vaccinations, microchipped, Aids/Leukemia tested and fecal tested prior to adoption.
The adoption fee is a $75.00 donation. Please email Diane for a dog/puppy application at firstname.lastname@example.org Dog/puppy adoption fee is $150.00 to $250.00.
