Who We Are

Forgotten Felines, Inc. is a charitable, non-profit organization with a mission to stop the proliferation of homeless cats living hard lives and struggling to find food and shelter on the streets of our local communities. We have all the cats we rescue spayed or neutered, vaccinated, given thorough health exams, and tested for feline leukemia virus (FeLV) and feline immunodeficiency virus (FIV). At our no-kill shelter, we provide nutritious food, warm beds and expert care to as many cats as possible with the goal of finding them permanent, loving homes. We release ferals into managed colonies or barn homes, where they have food and shelter. Forgotten Felines is run entirely by volunteers and supported solely by contributions. We are open almost every Saturday from 11am to 3pm for our Open Adoption Event at our shelter at 153 Horse Hill Rd in Westbrook. Call us at 860-669-1347 for more information.
