Ridgecrest Animal Care & Control

To all our friends and neighbors, thank you so much for supporting our site. . .

However, please be aware that this site is maintained by volunteers and only changed on the weekends to reflect new animals.

Anyone missing a pet should call the shelter right away to make sure the staff knows who to call when the animal has been located.

We are currently participating in a program sponsored by Kuranda Pet Beds to allow people to purchase beds for the shelter and for themselves at a reduced rate. Click the link below for more information. Once there, click on donate a bed tab, pick California in the window to the right, press GO and choose IWV Humane Society or Ridgecrest Animal Shelter. We are currently in need of toy and small dog beds, as well as cat beds. Hit Donate! before choosing the bed you would like to donate.

Use partner discount code KP18359 if shopping for your own Kuranda products and Kuranda will donate 10% of your purchase to us. Thanks for your support.
