Our Mission
Valley Oak SPCA is No Kill Rescue and Vet Clinic, established in 1991, is a 501(c)(3) non-profit corporation.
We operate an Animal Adoption Center and Low-Cost Spay/Neuter Clinic. Valley Oak SPCA provides care, and treatment to thousands of lost, neglected and unwanted animals each year.
We strive to place as many animals as possible into loving, lifetime homes. We work to decrease pet overpopulation through our Valley Oak SPCA Low-Cost Spay & Neuter Clinic, 9405 W. Goshen Ave (Goshen Ave & Plaza Dr) Visalia, as well as community outreach and education.
Adoption Policy
Valley Oak SPCA is a No Kill Rescue and Vet Clinic. We are committed to rescuing pets and placing them into loving homes where they will receive life-long companionship and the love they deserve. Sharing life with a rescue pet is a rewarding experience for both person and pet.
In addition to animals being available for adoption at our main Adoption Center in Visalia, CA, we also have cats 24/7 and dogs during some weekends at PetSmart (Visalia, Santa Barbara, Goleta, & Ventura), and various mobile pet adoption events throughout the state. Â
Adoption fees vary depending on pet and location.
