Who We Are

About Us
The Humane Society of San Bernardino Valley has been protecting animals for more than 34 years.

We operate a vital spay/neuter clinic and provide low-cost vaccines.

The donations we receive help to support our Humane Education and Cruelty Investigation programs. We are able to have a credentialed teacher and humane officer on staff through the community's generosity. Our teacher visits approximately 700 classrooms a year reaching 15,000 children with our message of kindness, compassion, and respect for all living beings. Our humane officer investigates calls that we receive about animals in distress, ensures that animals in the community receive adequate food, water, and shelter, and educates people on how to best meet the needs of their companion animals.

Mission Statement
To prevent cruelty and neglect to animals; to educate children and all members of the community about animal welfare issues; and to provide for the health and well-being of animals with an emphasis on spay/neuter to prevent pet over-population.
